Visiting Students
Students currently enrolled in other law schools who wish to take Cleveland-Marshall courses here for credit toward the other school's degree requirement may apply to be visiting students.
- You may apply online at https://www4.lsac.org/school/Cleveland.htm or via the Law School Admission Council at www.lsac.org. Please call the LSAC Help Desk at 215-968-1393 in the event you encounter any technical difficulties using the online application service.
- You can download our application from this web site and mail it to the address on the application. Download the fill-in form file in Word 2000 Format.
Applicants for Visiting Status Must Submit
- A completed application;
- $40 application fee;
- Personal statement;
- An original LSDAS report;
- An official transcript of completed law school work;
- A letter of good standing from their law school dean;
- An official class rank of all law school work completed;
- A letter from their dean indicating that the school will accept academic credits from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law; and
- A letter explaining their reasons for wishing to take courses here.
Letters of recommendation may also be submitted but are optional.

Financial Aid
Financial Aid for visiting students is awarded and administered by your home law school and not by Cleveland-Marshall College of Law or Cleveland State University. Please contact the Financial Aid Administrator at your law school for procedures, policies, and deadlines.
