Milko Cecez

Milko was born in Mostar, Bosnia, but lived in Konjic (Bosnia) and moved to Kostolac (Serbia) after the war started.  He has lived in the United States since 1997 in Parma, Ohio.  He attended John Carroll University and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science, with minors in English and Philosophy.  He was on the Dean's List every semester after the first semester of freshmen year.  He was involved in men's soccer, where he twice received All-Ohio and all-region awards.  He also received two academic-all conference awards (unanimous choice senior year) as well as one Regional All-American academic award. 

He is in his third year of law school at Cleveland Marshall.  He is a member of the Journal of Law and Health, where he is a Managing Editor.  He received a CALI award for Legal Writing, Research and Advocacy.  He is a member of Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity, the Cleveland Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.  He is a Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association scholarship recipient.
