Professor Tyler with Angela Ferneding, the Winner of the Barbara J. Tyler Award for Best Note

The Journal of Law and Health is proud to announce the creation of the Barbara J. Tyler Award. The Award was established in honor of Barbara J. Tyler a respected professor and mentor who is retiring from sixteen years of service to the law school.   In addition to graduating from Cleveland-Marshall and returning to teach legal writing here, Professor Tyler also served as an Advisor for the Journal of Law and Health for seven years.

The Barbara J.
