To search this site, please use the on-screen menus and links rather than your browser's navigation buttons.

Select an author`s name from the drop down list for a complete listing all the publications of that faculty member. You may also limit the search by adding year, publication type, or subject headings from the drop down lists or your desired keyword terms. If you select multiple search criteria, a combined search will be formed in which all search criteria must be met for any results to be produced. Alternatively, search all faculty publications of all faculty by not selecting any limits. Please be aware that the Keyword feature searches contiguous words in the title, citation or subject headings assigned to an entry. Use the fewest terms possible for the most effective search.

Hypertext links to the full- text of articles and other publications may be restricted to users logged into the campus network. In some instances, links lead to full-text in LexisNexis or Westlaw, which require a valid user account and password.

Links are provided to Shepards® and Keycite® if there are or if there could be citations in the respective databases. These are dynamic links so a search which turns up no citations at present may at sometime in the future.
A link is not provided if there are no Shepards® or Keycite® reports for the citation in the database.

This can be for a number of reasons:

• The journal is not carried in the LexisNexis or Westlaw database
• The journal is carried in the database, but the citation in question predates the coverage of that journal in the database
• The journal is carried, but Shepards® or Keycite® did not treat the citation in question (for example, student notes, book reviews, mistake or oversight)

Location notations guide you to print copies of the publications in the Law or University Libraries. Call numbers link to records in SCHOLAR, the combined catalog of the two Libraries, while the location Special Collections Archive refers to copies filed in the Law Library`s Special Collections room. Contact a member of the Public Services staff for assistance in retrieving Special Collections materials.
