Introduction:
Tort law concerns injuries to and interference with persons or property,
including intentional wrongs such as assault, battery and false imprisonment,
and unintentional wrongs, especially the law of negligence and products
liability. Causation, duty, contributory negligence, assumption of risk
and immunities are important tort law concepts.
