Faculty Services is a retrieval and delivery service of library materials to Cleveland-Marshall Law School faculty and staff. This service includesthe photocopying and delivery of periodical articles and reporter cases, the delivery of OhioLINK requests and original law library materials.
How Do I Sign Up for Faculty Services?First-time users of Faculty Services must complete an authorization form. Forms are available at the Law Library. This form authorizes Faculty Services to charge out materials in your name. How Do I Request Materials from Faculty Services?It is our desire at the Law Library to make requesting materials as simple and efficient as possible. Please request materials by the method most convenient for you.
Current Index to Legal PeriodicalsThe Current Index to Legal Periodicals (CILP) is a not for profit publication that has been prepared on a weekly basis by the Law Librarians and Staff of the Marian Gould Gallagher Law Library since 1948. Through a list of100 subject headings, CILP provides timely topical access to approximately 475 university legal publications, and other law journals suggested for inclusion by the University of Washington Law School Faculty. CILP is available 4-6 weeks before commercial legal periodicals indexes such as ILP,CLI and LRI. CILP strives to provide researchers with the fastest, most cost effective current awareness tool available. You may receive CILP on a weekly basis via email, in paper format, or you may use our web based service that allows you to automatically request articles as you browse CILP on your computer. By clicking on a box next to a cite, your request will be automatically sent via email to the Faculty Services staff of the Law Library. Your request will be filled and placed in your mail box as soon as possible. CILP is available at our website from September 1, 1995 until the present. Faculty Current Awareness BulletinThe Faculty Current Awareness Bulletin is published monthly by the Cleveland-Marshall Law School Library for the faculty and staff of the Law School. The Bulletin contains selected announcements of symposia, conferences, requests for articles and requests for research proposals. You will receive a copy of the Bulletin in your Law School mailbox.
