Regulations governing the Bureau of Workers Compensation appear in the Ohio Administrative Code at  4121, 4123 and 4125 et. seq; for claims procedures,  see Chapter 4121-3.

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation  provides forms and information on claims  for injured workers on its website, as well as general information about the services of the bureau and the process.

Information about the process to appeal a decision of the Bureau to the Industrial Commission   appears at its web site,  including information about filing an appeal online.
