• Judicial Review: Rutherford v. McFaddon (1807), Supreme Court of Ohio, reprinted in Pollack, Ervin H., editor, Unreported Judicial Decisions Prior to 1823, (Indianapolis, Allen Smith Co., 1952), 71-105.
