Email Server Information
If you are using a standlone email client program, such as Mozilla Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook, you will need to use the following server information to configure the email account.
Use your regular Law School account information (username and password for your office or the computer lab) for both Incoming and Outgoing server authentication.

| Outgoing Server Name: | mail.law.csuohio.edu |
| Outgoing Server Type: | SMTP with secure connection (SSL) |
| Outgoing Server Port: | 465 |
Outgoing server authentication (with SSL) is required when your copmuter is connected to a third-party Internet connection (ISP), such as your home DSL or Cable Modem service. Alternatively, you can use your Internet Service Provider's outgoing server for sending email. Please contact your ISP for their outgoing server information.
