- On November 16, Plain Dealer reporter Thomas Ott quoted Cleveland-Marshall Professor of Law Kathleen Engel in the article below: "Judge's order trips up banks trying to foreclose - Judge insists on key documents," regarding U.S.District Court Judge Christopher Boyko's dismissal of several foreclosure cases brought by mortgage holding banks.
