• On November 19, Cleveland-Marshall Professor Mark Sundahl was a guest on The Space Show, a radio program dedicated to space commerce which aired on KKNW in Seattle and which is available as a podcast at www.thespaceshow.com.
• On November 16, Plain Dealer reporter Thomas Ott quoted Cleveland-Marshall Professor of Law Kathleen Engel in the article below: "Judge's order trips up banks trying to foreclose -  Judge insists on key documents," regarding U.S.District Court Judge Christopher Boyko's dismissal of several foreclosure cases brought by mortgage holding banks.  Judge Boyko is a 1979 graduate of our law school. • In this week's Crain's Cleveland Busines (November 5 - 11), Cleveland-Marshall Professors Susan Becker, Kathleen Engel, Sheldon Gelman and Kunal Parker are pictured  in an announcement on page 15 of their appointments  as the law school's named professors:  Professor Becker as the Charles R. Emrick Jr - Calfee, Halter & Griswold Endowed Professor of Law, Professor Engel as the Leon M. and Gloria Plevin Endowed Professor of Law, Professor Gelman as the Joseph C. • Members of the law school's class of 2007 had the highest bar passage rate in the region and the second highest in the state on the July 2007 Ohio bar exam.
