Daniel Birnbaum

Daniel Birnbaum is a third-year student and on the Moot Court Board of Governors. Daniel earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science at Miami University where he was active in the steel band and spent time working for Congressman John Boehner. At Cleveland-Marshall, Daniel is also an Executive Business Editor on Law Review. Daniel currently works as a teaching assistant to Professor Karin Mika. Daniel spent last summer as a summer associate for Jones Day and plans to join the firm after graduation. Daniel also spent time in law school as an extern for Judge Dan A. Polster in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In Moot Court Daniel participated in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Seattle, Wa. Daniel also participated in the Nationals Moot Court Competition in Lanscing, Mi., where he and his teammates were awarded third best brief.
