Lowell Mintz is a third year, part-time, evening student at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  He graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2002 earning a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Finance, with an integral in Real Estate.  Lowell has been a licensed real Estate agent in Ohio since 1997.  In 2003, Lowell co-founded Titan Realty Group, a commercial real estate development company, where he continues to work.  His responsibilities at Titan include lease negotiation and documentation, asset acquisitions/dispositions, project management, mortgage financing, capital allocation, and obtaining entitlements.  Lowell is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and volunteers on ICSC’s Cleveland Next Generation Committee.  Lowell previously volunteered as Next Generation State Chairman for Ohio and West Virginia prior to entering law school.  His note, The Rules of the Fight Must Be Fair:  States Should Pass a Uniform Code for Nonprofit Hospital Tax Exemption, will be published in the Journal of Law and Health, Volume 26, Issue 1 (forthcoming Fall 2012).  Lowell is currently enrolled in the Transactional Law Clinic at Cleveland-Marshall.  He is a native Clevelander who enjoys spending time with his wife, Jori, and fly fishing.
