Brendan Heil is in the third year of a four year JD/MPA program and serves as an articles editor on the Law Review.  Brendan is a proud graduate of Ohio University where he majored in the Classics.  Prior to attending law school Brendan worked at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and campaigned for local State Representatives.  This past summer Brendan worked as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office.  He also is a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Trial Advocacy Team. His note "Striking a Balance: Why Ohio's Felony Arrestee DNA Statute is Unconstitutional and Ripe for Legislative Revision," will be published in volume 61 of the Cleveland State Law Review.
