William Livingston is a third-year student and Executive Research Editor of the law review. William graduated cum laude from Mercyhurst College with a degree in Political Science and a minor in English. While at Mercyhurst, he served as an officer in Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society, and was captain of the Mercyhurst boxing team. His note, "Have You Been Drinking Tonight, Ms. Prynne?" Ohio's Scarlet Letter Statute for OVI/DUI Offenders: A Violation of First Amendment Protection Against Compelled Speech will be published in the Cleveland State Law Review. For the past two years, William has worked at Bonezzi, Switzer, Murphy Polito & Hupp Co. LPA.
