Bar Admission Requirements

To be permitted to practice law, all applicants to the Bar must pass a character and fitness screening by Bar examining authorities in addition to passing the Bar exam itself. The screening is thorough and is designed to determine whether the applicant's past conduct justifies the trust of clients, courts, other lawyers, and the public. All students admitted to C|M|LAW are encouraged to determine the character, fitness, and other qualifications for admission to the Bar in the state(s) in which you intend to practice.

For applicants intending to practice in Ohio, Bar admission requirements can be found at: http://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/AttySvcs/admissions/default.aspx
