The P. Kelly Tompkins Leadership and Law Program establishes CSU|LAW as one of the first law schools in the country to offer comprehensive leadership skills training to prepare lawyers to answer the call to leadership.
- Expanded opportunities for experiential learning, including externships, internships, clinics and “Pop-Up Practicums," short-term, practice-based experiences in timely legal areas that have included police reform, sustainable wind energy, bail reform, development of a criminal justice system app, and updating Ohio criminal rules.
The most technologically advanced Trial Courtroom in Ohio, and a state-of-the-art Rawson Learning Commons- Nationally recognized Center for Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection offers a multidisciplinary curriculum that integrates law, business and technology and is one of the only programs in the country that educates law students on the technical side of cybersecurity.
- CSU|LAW Tech comprises a growing list of initiatives and programming in legal technology, including the Center for Cybersecurity and Privacy Protection and Legal Tech Lab, a partnership with eDiscovery and Litigation Management provider TCDI that offers CSU|LAW students an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on work experience delivering innovative legal services to corporate and law firm clients under the supervision of TCDI’s legal experts.
