Students currently enrolled as degree candidates at other accredited law schools are eligible for admission as visiting students. Applicants for visiting student status are admitted by the Dean on a space available basis and upon evidence of the ability to handle course requirements. Admission as a visiting student is limited to the particular term and course(s) for which the status is expressly granted.
Registration priority for all courses is given to Cleveland-Marshall degree candidates and the College reserves the right to withhold registration approval or to deregister visiting students if insufficient places are available in any course(s) for the College’s qualified degree candidates.
Subject to the foregoing, all rules and regulations of the College of Law are applicable to visiting students.
The application fee is $40, payable to Cleveland State University.

Visitor applications are accepted on a rolling basis for the fall, spring or summer semester.
Financial Aid for visiting students is awarded and administered by your home law school and not by Cleveland-Marshall College of Law or Cleveland State University. Please contact the Financial Aid Administrator at your law school for procedures, policies, and deadlines.
