Holly Drake

As chief privacy officer at Ohio State, Holly is implementing a privacy governance program that addresses the collection, use, and sharing of personal information. She collaborates with students, faculty, and staff across the university to establish a simple, unified approach to privacy governance and best practices. She also leads the Awareness, Risk and Governance team with a unified approach to governance balances regulatory requirements, data processing risks, and institutions’ need to use and share data. Holly earned a BA from Ohio State, a MSW from Case Western, and maintains several privacy and security certifications: CIPP, CIPT, CISA, and CISSP.
