DocketsPacer- Search Pacer, Get a Pacer Account - Cost is 10 cents a page. Currently $15/quarter for free. Free PACER training site contains cases filed in the New York Western District Court between 1/1/2007 and 7/1/2007. Search by case number, party name, date, nature of suit. Includes district, appellate and bankruptcy cases.
Bloomberg Dockets -Full text searching of the docket and fulltext search of available filings. All federal court dockets/documents accessible via PACER are accessible via Bloomberg for FREE to law students/faculty.

Ohio Trial Court Local Rules - from the Ohio Supreme Court. A collection of rules, some of which are not on the trial courts' website.
Database of Ohio Court Rules - Appellate, county and municipal court rules. Links to rules which are already on the web, plus rules in print that were scanned in by the Ohio Law Library Consortium, a cooperative of Ohio County Law Libraries.

Finding Example Filings
Summit County Docket is the most helpful, as you can look by type of filing.
Montgomery County also has full text filings.
Try searching a case law database first, find the docket number, and then go to the docket to find full text filings.
Also try filings databases and dockets in Lexis, Westlaw and Bloomberg.
