Michael  D. Green is one of the country’s foremost experts in the area of tort law.  He is a co-author of one of the best selling torts casebooks and currently serves as a co-reporter for the Restatement (Third) of Torts: Liability for Physical Harm, a publication of the American Law Institute. A prolific writer, he is highly cited in the areas of torts and product liability. In his talk, Professor Green will delve into the impact of the civil jury on American tort law.
