C|M|LAW will host its 44th Annual Moot Court Night, Wednesday February 6 at 6 p.m. During this event which will take place in the Moot Court Room in Bert L. Wolstein Hall, students participating in the Cleveland-Marshall Moot Court Program will prepare for the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition by presenting their arguments before a panel of distinguished jurists.

The teams will be arguing whether disparate impact claims are cognizable under the Fair Housing Act. The circuits are split as the petition for certiorari currently pends before the United States Supreme Court and many expect cert to be granted.
