Cleveland's Consent Decree: The Path Forward

"Cleveland's Consent Decree: The Path Forward" with focus on the consent decree being negotiated between the Department of Justice and the City of Cleveland. The speakers will discuss the consent-degree-negotiation process, explore the hot-button issues at the center of those negotiations, and discuss how to create effective and enforceable solutions to the problems identified in the DOJ’s investigation. A reception will follow the event.
