Constitution Day Lecture: A Review of Recent Supreme Court Cases

As part of Constitution Day recognition, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Professors David Forte, Alan Weinstein and Kevin O'Neill will review and discuss recent Supreme Court cases decided during the 2014-15 term. that have outstanding constitutional significance. The panelists will review these cases as well as engage in a public question and answer session regarding these cases and constitutional issues. The cases discussed will include Obergefell v. Hodges, Reed v. Town of Gilbert, ArizonaWalker v. Texas Division, and Texas Dep't of Hous. & Cmty. Affairs v. Inclusive Communities Project, Inc.
