This three-hour course, featuring attorneys Ian Friedman, Gregory Gentile, Ashley Jones, and Judge Michelle Paris, will examine pretrial motions filed on OVI cases, such as motions to suppress, motions to preserve audio and video recordings and demands for discovery. This course will also cover the most common driver's license suspensions imposed by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

There will also be a legislative update on recent changes in the law in the area of OVI and DUIs.
