Electronic communications offer speed, convenience, and low-cost options, but attornyes who use these means for confidential communications on client matters often misjudge their security and confidentiality.  This program is geared for those without technical background to explain the types of unauthorized access to email and text communications that can be obtained, identifies alternatives that offer much greater security, and explores the professional responsibility consequences for using insecure communication techniques.
