Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association invites you to attend Landlord-Tenant Law, a three-hour CLE (pending approval) that will be a practical guide for attorneys. This three-hour course, organized by alumni Lisa Gold-Scott and Marilyn Tobocman, will examine the representation of landlords, landlord obligations, tenant rights, housing court and the application of fair housing laws in the landlord/tenant relationship.

WHERE: Cleveland-Marshall College of Law Moot Courtroom

WHEN: December 3, 2016 Registration at 8:30 AM
CLE begins promptly at 9 AM and will conclude at 12:15 PM

Registration at the door will be permitted for $85.
