Russia-Ukraine Conflict Panel Discussion

Are Vladimir Putin's threats of escalating the conflict from Ukraine serious? Are we facing a war in space? And a cyber war as well? Can economic sanctions bring Russian ambitions to a halt? And will international law be strengthened or weakened because of Russia's aggression and the West's response? Four internationally known experts on CSU Cleveland-Marshall College of Law's faculty will address these problems and provide possible options.
