Annual Recognition Luncheon
Plans and implements Annual Recognition Luncheon.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
Aids in the selection of various CMLAA-CLE programs; assists director and coordinator with speakers and chairmen, when necessary.
Addresses concerns and needs of faculty and staff to maximize the relationship between the law school and the legal community.
LEGISLATIVE /PUBLIC AFFAIRS
Provides communications regarding the importance of C-M and its alumni base to local, state, and federal agencies and elected officials in order to protect the varied interests of CM and CMLAA.
Creates continuous ways to increase membership via lectures, CLE, receptions and workshops, etc.
Addresses concerns of the minority community for both students and alumni; implements programs to assist with these concerns.
Meets with interested CMLAA Past Presidents to assist Dean with lobbying efforts and concerns of the Law School.
PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES/STUDENT RELATIONS
Aids both alumni and students with informational programs and networking opportunities. Addresses concerns and needs of the student body to maximize their relationship with the alumni association, the law school, and the legal community.
public relations & communication
Plans, develops and implements marketing strategies for the public image, programs, and initiatives of CMLAA for traditional and social media outlets.
Determines the recipients of CMLAA Life Member scholarships.
Plans and implements various social functions.
