Our office provides several formal interviewing programs. We are always happy to help you in your efforts to recruit highly qualified and motivated professionals. As a school of opportunity, Cleveland-Marshall's students are very diverse and possess a variety of professional and educational qualifications.
During the Fall Interview Program, many large firms come on campus. These firms interview and hire primarily for the following summer (the student's second summer of law school) although some also hire form permanent positions following a student's third year of school. Our fall program runs in September and October.
The Spring Interview Program is designed for firms which may not be able to determine that work needs several years out. These employers interview students for the coming summer. Our program is usually run in February and March.
But, of course, recruiting at C|M|LAW is not at all limited to these programs. Throughout the year employers post traditional law clerk, entry level, and associate positions, as well as a variety of non-traditional positions throughout NE Ohio and across the country. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your recruiting efforts at C|M|LAW at any time of the year.
