Temporary Pause on New Case Inquiries
Due to recent budget reductions and limited staffing, the Pardon, Clemency & Reentry Clinic is temporarily pausing the acceptance of new case inquiries through December 2026.
Our team is currently focused on diligently reviewing, assessing, and responding to the inquiries already received. We remain committed to providing high-quality assistance and are actively working on case evaluations, motion drafting, and filings for existing clients and applicants.
At this time, our limited capacity will be dedicated to individuals seeking expedited pardons. If you believe you may be eligible for an expedited pardon, we encourage you to contact us. While we are unable to provide direct representation at this time, we will assess your eligibility and, when appropriate, refer you to an attorney or legal services organization that may be able to assist you.
