For our first class, Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at 6:00 PM, in room LB 204, please read pages 1-39 (bottom) in the required casebook, FIRST AMENDMENT LAW, 5th ed., 2013 (Foundation Press) by Sullivan & Feldman. Those students who have already purchased CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, 18th ed., 2013, by the same authors, may use that text instead, pages 885-923 (bottom). The 2013 CONSTITUTIONAL LAW SUPPLEMENT is optional.

For our second class, Monday, June 2nd, please read pages 39-71 (top) in the 5th ed., or pages 923-955 (top) in the 18th ed.
