The first two classes: August 27th and September 3rd are Cancelled. So the first class for the course will be held on Wednesday, September 10th.

First Assignment:

Before the first class each student should:
  1. Sign up for Arb Law on the TWEN Westlaw site.
  2. Print out the Confidential Student Questionnaire on the TWEN site, complete it and either email it to me (wagnertnullnull@tcwlawyers.nullnullcom) before or give it to me at the first class.
  3. Complete the posted initial assignment in the TWEN course.
  4. From the textbook (Arbitration Law, Stone/Bales): read Chapter One (The Agreement to Arbitrate); 1. Introduction to Arbitration and 2. Historical Background.
