First Assignment:
Before the first class each student should:
- Sign up for Arb Law on the TWEN Westlaw site.
- Print out the Confidential Student Questionnaire on the TWEN site, complete it and either email it to me (wagnertnullnull@tcwlawyers.nullnullcom) before or give it to me at the first class.
- Complete the posted initial assignment in the TWEN course.
- From the textbook (Arbitration Law, Stone/Bales): read Chapter One (The Agreement to Arbitrate); 1. Introduction to Arbitration and 2. Historical Background.
