For our first class on Tuesday, August 26th, at 6:00 PM, in room LB 12, please read pages 1-16 (bottom) in the required casebook (Sullivan & Feldman, CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, 18th ed., Foundation Press, 2013) as well as Articles III, VI, and I, sec. 8, of the Constitution, in that casebook.

Please note that casebook's 2014 Supplement is also required.

The assignment for Thursday, August 28th is casebook pages 16-29 (bottom) and Articles I, II, IV, V, and VII.
