We will use the following textbooks for the semester: (1) Knapp, Crystal & Prince, Problems in Contract Law: Cases and Materials (7th Ed. Aspen Publishers) and (2) Knapp, Crystal & Prince, Rules of Contract Law (Aspen Publishers).

For the first week of class, please read pages 1-17 in Chapter 1 and pages 31-53 in Chapter 2 of the Problems in Contract Law: Cases and Materials text.
