For the first day of class, please read pages 1-17 and 31-43 in your casebook "Problems in Contract Law."

Please read and think carefully about Ray v. William G. Eurice & Bros., Inc. 3 times and be prepared to discuss it in detail.

For the second day, please read pages 43-62.
