We will be using Environmental Law in Context, by Robin Kundis Craig (ELIC). The course syllabus is geared towards the 2nd edition of the book, but you can use the 2nd or 3rd edition - your choice. Most of your assignments will be from ELIC, but some documents are posted on the course TWEN page.
