There is no assignment for our first class on August 26. Rather, we will get to know one another and I will lecture on the forms of local government in Ohio. As you know, there is no casebook for the course; I will be assigning Ohio Supreme Court cases for discussion as we move through the various issues in Ohio Local Government.
