Hello Secured Transactions Students!

We will soon be embarking on an adventure through the land of secured transactions. I look forward to our semester together. We will be using Whalen's Problems and Materials on Secured Transactions. For the first two meetings, please read the following:

pp. 1-5

pp. 43-54 (including In Re Troupe and Morgan County Feeders)

Also prepare to answer Problems 17-23.

As you prepare the problem answers, please read carefully the UCC sections cited therein. Knowing the code is essential to this class. You will learn to love it.

During our first meeting, we won't get into the Problems. I will be giving an introduction to the class and materials.
