Assignment details

Welcome to Civil Procedure. The course will examine, to the extent that time permits, topics covered by the new Civil Procedure section on the Multistate Bar Examination. The first topic is Personal Jurisdiction.

All assignments are to the Friedenthal, Miller casebook (Eleventh Edition) or to the Friedenthal, Millier 2014-2015 Supplement. "Supp." designates an assignment in the Supplement.

The assignments for the first four classes appear below:
