First Assignment Spring 2015

For our first class, on Tuesday, January 13th, at 2:45 PM, in room LB 11, please read pages 17 (middle) to 21, and 163 to 174 (bottom) in the casebook (Martyn and Fox, TRAVERSING THE ETHICAL MINEFIELD, 3rd ed., 2013 (Aspen) (hereafter "CB"). In addition, read rules 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8(b), 1.16(a), 3.3(a), and 8.4 in the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct pamphlet (herafter, "ORPC").

The pamphlet, along with the "Introductory Information" packet for this course, can be picked up on Tuesday, January 6th, at the front desk of Student Services. (There is no charge.)

For our second class, Thursday, January 15th, please read casebook pages 174 to 183 (top) and ORPC rules 1.1, 1.3, 1.13, and 4.3.
