Course Outline - Please note that a course outline totaling about 213 pages is available on Blackboard. This outline is updated regularly and contains relevant, case law, statutes and regulations that are not in the Syllabus. The assignment of cases, statutes and regulations to be discussed for the following week will be determined at the end of each class.
