For our first class on Tuesday, August 25th, at 6:00 PM, in room LB 11, please read pages 1-16 (bottom) in the required casebook (Sullivan & Feldman, CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, 18th ed., Foundation Press, 2013 as well as Articles III, VI, and I, Sec. 8, of the Constitution, in that casebook.

Please note that the casebook's 2015 Supplement is also required.

The assignment for Thursday, August 27th, is casebook pages 16-29 (bottom) and Articles I, II, IV, V, and VII.
