First Assignment Spring 2016

Civil Litigation Clinic

LAW 803 Section C, D

Doron M. Kalir

Assignment details

Dear Clinicians,

Our first class, somewhat obviously, is entitled "Introduction to the Clinic." We will discuss the notions of client-centered approach, confidentiality, proper communication, Clinic procedures, billings, and CLIO.

Our two cours books are:

1. TrialPrep: Coyne & Furi-Perry, Trial Prep for the New Advocate (2011).

2. CrmdgMark Herrmann, The Curmudgeon’s Guide to Practicing Law (2006).

Please read Chs. 3&14 of the first; and Chs. 9&10 of the second.

Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Sincerely,

Doron
