Our first class, somewhat obviously, is entitled "Introduction to the Clinic." We will discuss the notions of client-centered approach, confidentiality, proper communication, Clinic procedures, billings, and CLIO.

2. Crmdg– Mark Herrmann, The Curmudgeon’s Guide to Practicing Law (2006).
