Jesse Dukeminier & Robert H. Sitkoff, Wills, Trusts, and Estates (Wolters Kluwer 2013)

Roger W. Anderson & Karen Boxx, Skills and Values: Trusts and Estates (LexisNexis 2009)

For the first class, please read Dukeminier Chapter 1 (all) and Anderson Chapter 1 (through page 9 only). You do not have to complete the exercise in Anderson, but please read it over so that you are familiar with it before class. We will on occasion undertake research and writing tasks in class, so if you have a laptop or tablet, please have it available.
