Welcome to the Civil Litigation Clinic!

1. In our first class we will introuce you to the Clinic. To that end, please read the attached Clinic Manual. We will review some of it in class, but you are expected to read it in its entirety. 

2. We will also discuss our client-centered approach, and how this course will be different from your other courses. To that end, please read the following chapters from our two textbooks: 

From: TrialPrep: Coyne & Furi-Perry, Trial Prep for the New Advocate (2011), Chapters 1 & 14.

From: Crmdg– Mark Herrmann, The Curmudgeon’s Guide to Practicing Law (2006), Chapters 9 & 10.
