Dear IBT Students,

I look forward to our semester together. We will explore many topics. At our first meeting, we will talk about what an international business lawyer does. To contribute to the discussion, I ask each of you to come to class with an idea of a type of international business transaction and a type of legal issue that might arise in an international transaction. A news search should bring up many current examples.
