Assignment details
For our first class, Tuesday, January 10th, at 10:30 AM, in room LB 207, please read pages 163-174 (bottom) in the casebook (Martyn & Fox, Traversing the Ethical Minefield, 3rd ed., 2013, Aspen Publishing) (hereafter, "CB") In addition, read rules 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8(b), and 1.16(a) and (c) in the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct pamphlet (hereafter, "ORPC").
The ORPC pamphlet, along with the "Introductory Information" packet for the course, can be picked up at the front desk of Student Services. (There is no charge.)
For our second class, Thursday, January 12th, please read CB 17 (middle) - 21 and 174 - 183 (top) and the following ORPC rules: 1.3, 1.13 (a) and (c), 3.3, 4.3, 8.4.
