This is a distance learning class although it is no clear that some of the registration materials made that clear. Some of the materials were mistakenly erased and so I am busy reconstructing them. But all you need to do are the first two modules. The first will appear on Wednesday. 

As a distance course there will be no face to face classes. But you will have two live web based biweekly review classes. The final exam of course is face to face at the law school under traditional conditions.

The final will be closed book with only an unmarked statutory supplement.
