I look forward to seeing you in Corporations on Tuesday the 9th.

The casebook is BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS, Klein, Ramseyer and Bainbridge (8th ed.)

Please note that I have assigned the 8th edition, not the 9th.

Please also get your hands on a copy of the Delaware General Corporation Law. I do not require you to purchase the most recent edition of the statutory supplement, which is needlessly expensive, but you must have a copy of the DGCL. You can get one of recent vintage fairly cheap on amazon. Used or older versions of the Klein, Ramseyer, and Bainbridge statutory supplement are fine, but you need to have a hard copy of the DGCL.

The readings for the first week are 169-187 and 191-200.
