Assignment details

Students who have purchased Sullivan & Feldman, CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, 19th ed., 2016 (Foundation Press) and its 2017 Supplement for their course in Constitutional Law (or those who expect to use it in that course in the future) may use that casebook for this course. Otherwise the required text, by the same authors, is FIRST AMENDMENT LAW , 6th ed., 2016 (Foundation Press) and its 2017 Supplement.

 

For our first class, Tuesday, January 9, 2018, at 9:00 AM, in room LB 237, please read pages 1-24 (top) in FIRST AMENDMENT LAW, or pages 931-954 in CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.

 

For our second class, Thursday, January 11th, pages 24-40 (Middle) in FIRST AMENDMENT or pages 955-971 (middle).

 

A syllabus will be distributed at our first class.
